My name is Gabby, I’m in my first year working as an esthetician, and graduated from the Aveda Institute Columbus. I’ve always had a passion for things like makeup and skincare, and just self care overall, so I’m really blessed and excited to be in this field and working towards new skills and goals. I love that this industry is always changing so there’s new things to learn and try all the time. I also love that everyone is welcome here and embraced for exactly who they are no matter what, they just can come and feel beautiful which is something i always admired. The beauty and wellness industry is so big that there’s so many parts to it, you can really be apart of it in ways you never thought which helps bring new people in to find something they love. I grew up always wanting to do hair and nails, I always taught myself how to do the hard things that looked cool on other girls, to try and fit in. Growing up I was a very careless girl but always was trying to find ways to help people. Iv turned into a big people pleaser and I knew that, that would take a big role in wanting to be a cosmetologist. Becoming a cosmetologist was one of the hardest yet rewarding experiences I ever had, now that I’m gaining clients and learning new techniques, I hope to be a great cosmetologist one day.
