Apply to Be a Vendor at the 2026 Spooktacular Market

Salon Vivacé is officially planning our 2026 Spooktacular Market — and this year, we’re bringing it back with a fun new twist.

This fall, we’re creating a nighttime outdoor market in downtown Mansfield to tie into DORA Nights. Think strolling through downtown, live music, drinks, shopping, fall vibes, and a little Halloween magic.

We are searching across Ohio for the best of the best makers, artists, boutiques, bakers, crafters, and small businesses to help us create a unique shopping experience for our community.

This year, we are only accepting 15 handpicked vendors, so space is very limited. Vendors will be selected based on product quality, category variety, booth presentation, and overall fit for the event.

Vendor Fees

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tent, decor, lighting, and setup materials. Since this is an outdoor nighttime market, we highly encourage vendors to create a booth setup that feels festive, inviting, and aligned with the fall/Halloween atmosphere.
